Hi, my name is Gudge.

I am the founder and owner of Strong Movement.

At Strong Movement, my goals is to provide specific training programs that enhance and improve Athletes skills and development in reaching their peak performance on the field and in the gym. 

As an athlete you will be boosted with the knowledge in the face to face training sessions that improve your conditioning, sprinting techniques, acceleration/deceleration, change of direction on the field.
